Orders that are received before 7am Monday-Friday are packed and despatched on the same day. Orders received after 7am, will be dispatched following day. Charlie Rose uses Standard Parcel Post for deliveries within Australia. Australian Standard Parcel's can on average take 3-5 business days to be delivered. Standard Parcels provide tracking numbers. Once orders has been packaged a tracking number will be allocated to your order. Charlie Rose will email the allocated tracking number to the email address you have provided.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your items we offer a 7 days return policy to give you that extra piece of mind. If you wish to exchange an item/s for store credit you must return it to us in it's original condition - undamaged, unwashed with all tags attached and a copy of your receipt. If you have misplaced your receipt, please ensure that you enclose your name, address, phone number & return details in the parcel. We do not refund, so please choose items carefully. We do not offer exchanged or returns on sale items. Garments not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to the customer. Any items which smell of odour or have makeup/tanning marks will not be accepted for a return. So please take car when trying on your garments. Charlie Rose reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition.
